It is really good to see the options provided for lifeskills where children can get exposure to various sports and activities. Over the last few years Rudra has opted for cricket, swimming, theatre, robotics, art and stem &space. He was really scared of water however swimming classes eased him up and now he is much more comfortable rather enjoys it. He has developed a passion for cricket and is honing his skills. I see his interest increasing each day and also the understanding on concepts and techniques is enhanced. In addition to this he throughly enjoyed the robotics classes and was always very keen to show what he and team members have made during the sessions. He has recently taken up art and stem & space, many times he comes back home sharing happily what he did in class that makes me believe he is enjoying and picking up these as well.

Life Skill Classes is possibly one of the biggest enabler for my son’s tremendous growth in the last two years that he has spent at Kunskapsskolan International. The school offers a wide range of activities from sports, to theater, to home economics. It has helped my son to explore, learn and experiment with various discipline of learning to become a more confident and self-aware child. The competitive spirit displayed on the sports field and the constant support and encouragement received by the coaches is helping him to gradually move towards his natural sport selection which he would like to pursue more seriously. Theater has helped improve his confidence and public-speaking skills a lot. I now see him handling conversations with adults, on absolutely any topic, with such confidence and grace, that it thrill’s my parent heart ! Way to go KI !

My journey through my life skills has been very exciting I waited to go for life skills, even though they are present every day of the week they excite me. Shooting is a wonderful sport and I love playing shooting. Swimming is a life skill everyone needs to know it might save your life and it also builds your stamina. Carpentry is a creative life skill which I love, I learned so much about carpentry. Before I started carpentry I always thought that carpentry means cutting and nailing wood but carpentry is something way more than I thought. Theater and drama have been my obsession since 3rd grade. In my earlier school, I loved acting and still do, I always wanted a roll and when I was in 6th grade I finally got a chance to play Mr Brownlow in the play Oliver Twist. I hope i will keep enjoying my life skills.
