Withdrawal Policy of Kunskapsskolan Gurgaon Academic Session 2026-27

Guidelines for Withdrawal Process:

1. Withdrawal request received after securing admission but before the start of the new academic
session (i.e. before 31st March 2026)

● After the confirmation of admission and payment of fees if a withdrawal request is made; an
administrative charge of Rs 50,000/- will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded
within 2 months from the date of receiving the withdrawal application and submission of all
relevant documents.

2. Withdrawal request received on/after 01st April 2026.


• In case the withdrawal application is made after commencement of the academic session, in
addition to the one time fees (i.e. admission fee, security deposit and KED enrollment fees) of Rs
2,60,000/- paid at the time of admission, the fee paid for the quarter shall be forfeited and only
the security deposit received at the time of admission will be refunded.


3. Withdrawal request received during the academic session.


• During the course of the academic session, in case a withdrawal request is made one-month
notice is mandatory (i.e. before the end of the said quarter/ one month before the end of
ongoing academic session) for refund of security deposit else the next quarter/ next session fee
becomes applicable.
• Request for withdrawal  not made as per the specified period will lead to forfeiture of the entire
security amount.
