Refund Policy for Kunskapsskolan Bengaluru
Refund of Fee on Withdrawal of Admission (Policy for the year 2027-28)
Scope
- The policy is applicable to those students who are:
- Seeking admissions for the academic year 2027-2028
- Applied for withdrawal on or before 15th May 2027
- Have paid all or some of the following fees
- Admission fee
- Annual fee
- KED enrolment fee
- Security Fee
Procedure :
- Fees deposited at the time of admission and if subsequent withdrawal is initiated, parents shall be required to make an application in the prescribed form to the Head of School.
- In case the fee is paid and admission is withdrawn before 30th April 2027 for the academic session 2027-28, the student shall be refunded the entire amount received after deducting Rs. 40,000/- towards administrative charges.
- In case the fee is paid and admission is withdrawn after 30th April 2027 and before June 1, 2027, the admission fees will be forfeited and balance fee which includes Security Deposit, will be refunded.
- In case the withdrawal is initiated after the commencement of any academic session or during midterm, One month notice period is to be given. The necessary refund according to the instalment fee paid will be initiated only in case of one month notice period is given.
- The refund shall be made within 2 months from the date of receiving the withdrawal application and submission of all relevant documents.
- The school shall send the refund cheques after proper verification and checking for onward delivery to the applicant.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Since the website https://www.ked.edu.in does not offer any tangible product for sale, and only offers an Online Registration Service, the fees of which a user is expected to willingly pay after reviewing the respective school’s website, its facilities, fees and applicable terms and conditions, there is no provision for cancellation of the registration once the fees is paid. You are free to abandon your child’s registration at any stage during the admission process, however, no requests for returns/refunds of the registration fees shall be entertained.

As a User or registered member of www.ked.edu.in, we understand that you would be concerned with the privacy online. We are also concerned and respect your privacy. We take due care to protect the privacy of all concerned and assure you that your information is safe with us and will never be shared with or sold to any unauthorized third parties.
When you voluntarily send us electronic mail, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
