Ms. Madhulika Agarwal has over 20 years of teaching and leadership experience in ICSE and CBSE curricula. She is a passionate educationist who loves taking challenges. She has been a Coordinator and a Teacher herself for more than 12 years. She has served as Principal in two CBSE schools at Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand before joining Kunskapsskolan Lucknow.

As an educator she feels that education is dynamic and needs to evolve to be able to cater to the needs of each child and must prepare them for life beyond school. Education must focus on nurturing students and helping them to discover their true potential, inculcating in them the skills that will prepare them to be successful in future life. These views of her resonate with the KED values, vision and mission and she truly believes in the concept of personalised education.

She is an educator with proven ability to create and monitor policies and practices that promote a safe learning environment, and ensure a school culture that encourages continuous & holistic development of teachers and students.
